My son recently announced he would be providing me with my first grandchild!  What wonderfully, awesome news!  Our entire family is bubbling with anticipation of the pending birth.  The future parents are overrun with joy!

With the additional news that it's going to be a boy, my son is already declaring that he will coach T-ball and provide karate lessons and so on.  He has even bought a Dale, Jr. onesy and says that is what his son will wear home from the hospital!  Thank goodness the baby's mother has a say in that and her taste in fashion is much better than his.  (I hope!) 

Amid all the excitement and planning, the future parents realize they need more room!  And they probably need to move closer to family.  Should they rent or buy?  How much can they afford?  Now reality sets in and their heads are really spinning!  Thank goodness Grandma is a Realtor!
